GOSFORD AND NORTHS SPLIT THE POINTS IN HUNTER COAST HOCKEY

In Round 13 of Hunter Coast Premier League Hockey, Maitland hammered The Entrance, Wests shared the points with Uni, while Gosford and Norths ended three-all.

Gosford was looking for its 11th straight win and the visitors had some solid early chances.

But the coasties faced an uphill battle when Rhley Carr received a yellow card for this scuffle.

Norths made them pay – Theo Gruschka finished a well-worked move.

But Gosford would share the points to retain top spot.
