Tamworth Rugby product Paddy Ryan is set to captain the New South Wales Country Eagles in the 20-17 National Rugby Championships.
It’s will be the second season in a row Ryan has led the side.
The Country Eagles were crowned minor premiers in 20-16, but came up short in the grand-final against Perth Spirit.
The Wallaby and New South Waratahs player says he’s confident the side can go one better this season.
