Facilities at Dorrigo’s Dangar Falls have undergone an extensive makeover which was opened to the public for the first time this weekend.
The million dollar upgrade includes a new viewing platform which now provides expansive views of the falls below.
The works includes new carparks and a walking track to the bottom of the iconic waterfall.
The upgrade was delayed by extensive rainfall across the region which also closed the track to tourists for several months.
