The Hunter’s Jason Doyle has extended his lead in the Speedway World Championship, after finishing on the podium at round nine in Germany.
Doyle joined fellow Aussie Chris Holder in the final, but they were outclassed by a Slovenian and a Slovakian.
That’s how they stayed, giving Doyle a 10-point advantage in the series with three rounds remaining.
The next event is in Sweden in a fortnight.
