The Newcastle Jets have confirmed they’ve spoken to Patricio Rodriguez, but say they aren’t on the verge of signing the Argentine midfielder.
Instead, CEO Lawrie McKinna says there are other players higher on their target list.
27-year-old Rodriguez is currently playing in Greece, after spending most of his club career in Brazil… where he was a teammate of superstar, Neymar.
