The site formerly occupied by the Deep Sea Fishing Club boasts incredible views that have been under-utilised while the future of the foreshore precinct remains under discussion.
But now council will begin negotiations with Community Care Options for a three-year-lease.
The local not-for-profit planning a conference and training centre, accessible for those with disabilities.
