Methadone and an amount of cash has been stolen from a Gold Coast pharmacy.
Police say a man entered the business on Marine Parade in Southport shortly after 5pm yesterday, and proceeded to threaten staff and demand money and methadone.
Staff complied, and the man left the store with a sum of cash and a bottle of methadone.
No one was injured during the incident.
