REGION’S PRODUCE SHOWCASED ON INTERNATIONAL STAGE

Regional producers have had the chance to showcase their products on an international stage.

16 exhibitors were chosen to represent New South Wales at the Fine Food Australia trade show – the biggest event of its kind in the southern hemisphere.

“Some of the products you see here behind us are because of the people, that were maybe traditionally farming or doing other enterprises, either needed to change because of things like drought or saw another opportunity.”

The event draws in more than 25, 000 visitors and buyers – many coming from overseas.

“Its been fantastic, the level of interest has been wonderful and we’ve had quite a few export enquiries.”
