A man will face court after allegedly threatening two other men with a firearm in the north-west of New South Wales.
The incident took place at a house on Wood Street in Gilgai, about 75 kilometres west of Glen Innes, at around 11am yesterday.
The men fled and notified police, who located a loaded pistol in a subsequent search of the property.
A 26-year-old man was charged with a range of offences including using an unauthorised pistol, and not keeping a firearm safe.
