The refurbishment of Lismore City Hall might not be the only changes coming to the 1960s building.
Mayor Jenny Dowell says a new name could be on the cards and is looking for suggestions from residents.
Since first floating the idea on Facebook, she’s already had nearly 100 responses.
“Probably about a third are saying yes lets keep it City Hall and a third are saying lets call it Lismore Performing Arts Centre and then there’s a wide range of quite incrediable names”
Names like the Rainbow Centre and Visionary Centre have also been touted.
