The State Emergency Service has issued a warning of possible minor flooding for the Orara River at Coutts Crossing this evening.
Torrential rain on the Coffs Coast over the past two days has seen river levels rise across the region.
Residents of low lying areas are being advised to stay in touch with neighbours and keep an active watch on river levels.
