An investigation is underway after a 68-year-old man died in a domestic incident in the Newcastle suburb of Birmingham Gardens.
Police were called to the home on Wilkinson Avenue at around 11 o’clock on Thursday evening, after reports of an incident involving a 52-year-old man and a 68-year-old man.
Upon arrival, officers found the older man unconscious, with both rushed to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital where the 68-year-old later died.
