ARMED ROBBERY AT WOOLGOOLGA SERVICE STATION

Police are appealing for witnesses, following an armed robbery on the Mid North Coast.

Just after 5pm yesterday, a woman entered a service station on River Street at Woolgoolga and threatened employees with a knife.

A male worker was forced to handover a substantial amount of money, before she fled.

The woman was last seen in a gold or yellow-coloured hatchback that went down Gordon Street.

“That female is described as being about 5 foot tall, thin build, brown skin, she was wearing black shorts and a long white sleeved shirt and she had her face covered with some sort of yellow material.”
