POLICE INVESTIGATING “CONFUSING” KIDNAPPING ALLEGATIONS THAT LED TO KOTARA SIEGE

Two people have been arrested, and police are looking for a third, after a major operation in the Newcastle suburb of Kotara.

It was all sparked when a woman called authorities, alleging she had been held against her will for days.
