Two men are dead after a horrific head-on crash west of Grafton this afternoon.
Police say two trucks collided on the Gwydir Highway at Jackadgery, 40 kilometres from Grafton, at 2.20.
One of the vehicles was carrying cattle, bound for sale.
Investigators are still on the scene.
