41 YEAR OLD CHARGED AFTER FRAUD INVESTIGATION
Charges have been laid following an investigation into counterfeit money being used across several Port Stephens suburbs including Lemon Tree Passage and Salamander Bay.
A 41-year-old man presented himself to Nelson Bay Police Station on Monday morning where he was charged with dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception and breach of bail.
He will face Raymond Terrace Court on Tuesday.
