A 40-year-old woman involved in a fatal crash at Old Bar Road last month has been charged with a string of offences.
The woman was taken to Waratah Police station yesterday where she was charged with manslaughter, dangerous driving, negligent driving and possession of a prohibited drug.
She was granted strict conditional bail to appear at Taree Local Court on Tuesday 13th of March.
