Port Macquarie surfer Matt Banting may have fallen short of victory at the Sydney Pro, but he’s on the right track to qualify for next year’s world tour.
Following more than a year off with injury, the 23-year-old says he’s surfing better than ever; currently sitting in the top 10 of the men’s Qualifying Series.
