Disgruntled residents are staging an open meeting tonight to discuss the shock resignation of Coffs Harbour City Council’s General Manager Steven Sawtell.
Residents have been left in the dark over the circumstances surrounding the general manager’s controversial departure.
Organisers of tonight’s meeting at Club Coffs say they want the Department of Local Government to investigate the entire council and the circumstances leading to Mr Sawtell’s resignation.
