Several staff of Tamworth Regional Council and their family members have braved the shave to raise money for a worthy cause.
They were front and centre on Peel Street this afternoon, losing their locks to raise money for the Leukemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave.
“They’ve put in a wonderful effort. Their target was $800, and they’re now up to $1200 that they have raised and we’re still taking donations today.”
