PERRY ON TOP OF PODIUM AT BUFFALO

Central Coast athlete Dominic Perry has taken out one of the biggest events of his career; the Buffalo Stampede Sky Marathon in Victoria’s alpine country.
Due to treacherous conditions at the top of the mountain, the race was reduced to a 39-kilometre event.
Perry had to deal with rain, debris on the course and sub-zero temperatures.
He stopped the clock in just over three hours and 44 minutes, defeating a quality field including International runners.
Mingara’s Charlie Brooks finished 11th.
