BATEAU BAY’S JONTE PATTISON LEADING THE CHARGE

From one of cricket’s rising stars to another…

Bateau Bay’s Jonte Pattison is starring for New South Wales in the National Indigenous Cricket Championships in Alice Springs.

“New South Wales won it last year so hopefully we’d loved to go back to back but we just look to play our best cricket and hopefully make the final and win it again two years in a row”

For the past two years, the Wyong junior developed his skills as a New South Wales cricket rookie.

“Lucky enough to get to train with them blokes every day and learn from guys like O’Keefe and Lyon with my spin bowling and yeah it’s awesome, great fun”

The tournament runs until Monday.
