Three men, armed with a samurai sword, machete and a wooden club, have stolen cash and mobile phones from staff at a Mid North Coast tavern.
The group entered the licensed premises on High Street at Wauchope, just before 9 o’clock last night, forcing staff to open a safe before stealing cash.
It’s understood the trio also stole three mobile phones from staff.
Two staff members sustained grazes and scratches during the robbery, though they didn’t require treatment.
The men were last seen travelling east along High Street, in a white-coloured Subaru four-wheel drive.
