WYONG ROOS CONTINUE UNBEATEN RUN

To the NSW Cup, and Wyong has extended its unbeaten run to five matches, with a 22-point win over Wentworthville this afternoon.

The Roos opened the Round 15 encounter with a strong start – Billy Smith opening the scoring five minutes in, while the Magpies responded through Nathan Davis.

But Rip Taylor’s men were up to the task at Morry Breen Oval, running in seven tries to claim back-to-back wins and secure their sixth victory for 2018.

Wyong now sit ninth on the ladder.
