South Tamworth residents once again face the possibility of a housing project going ahead in Ainslie Place, despite recent backlash.
The proposal for a 21-unit complex has already been rejected twice, however, it’s set to be voted upon for a third time.
Locals are worried if the project goes ahead it would have dire effects on the busy intersection at Goonoo Goonoo Road and Craigends Lane.
Council officers have suggested banning right-hand turns at the intersection, if it were to go ahead.
