A police car has been damaged, and a group people threatened with a knife, during a brawl at Muswellbrook overnight.
Police attended a home at Clarence Way early this morning, breaking up a fight inside.
A 19-year-old man left the house and allegedly threw a beer bottle at a marked police car, smashing a rear window.
Another man, aged 26 reportedly exited the home with a knife, threatening people in the street.
Both men were arrested and taken to Muswellbrook Police Station where they were charged.
They were refused bail and will appear in court today.
