10-YEAR-OLD FLOWN TO HOSPITAL IN MEDICALLY-INDUCED COMA
A young boy is in a medically-induced coma following a car accident near Karuah.
The 10-year-old became trapped, after the car he was travelling in struck a tree at Limeburners Creek.
Crews managed to rescue him, before the Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew him to John Hunter Hospital.
He’s now in a stable condition.
