Following a week of poltical turmoil in Canberra, Member for Page Kevin Hogan was back at work in Wooli today, confirming he’ll be moving to the cross bench following the leadership spill.
“I will sit on the cross benches for this term of parliament because I am saying as a statement about the process not of this week, but of the last ten years.”
but, Mr Hogan has highlighted he will review the move at the end of his current term.
While he remains a member of the National Party, Mr Hogan will now review legislation on a case by case basis.
“I will always support the coalition government on supply measures the bills that make government work and I will always support them on those issues and confidence motions.”
