The intersection at merrigum & willow rd is worse than dunkley pde!
We’ve seen soo much carnage at this shocking intersection & ive tried talking to the council & the police & no one listens a close friends son was nearly killed here about 7 yrs ago & although he has a potentially life threatening condition as a result of his accident there’s still no change.
There’s on average 3-6 accidents on this intersection a year. All that has been done since I started contacting the council 15+ years ago is a sign warning that there’s a stop sign down a bit further!!
That’s really helped NOT!!!!
It seems that the old adage that someone needs to die before anything is changed or fixed etc is totally true around here.
