A 44-year-old man has been charged after a single-vehicle crash near Wauchope yesterday morning.
The crash claimed the life of a 49-year-old woman, after the car she was in left the road and plunged into Stoney Creek.
The driver escaped with minor injuries, and was arrested at a Telegraph Point home on Friday evening.
He was charged with a number of offences including dangerous driving occasioning death.
His licence was also suspended.
