UPDATE: Police have charged a man over two alleged acts of indecency at two beaches in Coffs Harbour at the weekend.
Around 1pm last Saturday, a man allegedly committed an act of indecency in front of a 16-year-old girl while at Park Beach.
It will be alleged in court, that an hour later, the man approached a 24-year-old woman, exposed himself and committed an act of indecency at Diggers Beach.
Following a public appeal, a 38-year-old man was arrested at a property in Kurrajong Street yesterday afternoon.
He was refused bail to appear at Coffs Harbour Local Court today.
