Moree is now home to Australia’s most affordable house.
The Grace Street home has previously been the target of an alleged arson attack – it’s now on the market for just $14,000.
That’s around 50 times cheaper than the average New South Wales home, and currently the cheapest established house in the country.
The listing for the three-bedroom home says there’s 80-to-90 percent fire damage throughout, but it’s situated on a good-sized block.
