KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR PARALYSIS TICKS
North west vets are fearing paralysis ticks may be on the rise.
It comes after two dogs recently presented at the Guyra District Vet Clinic, with suspicions that the ticks may have come onto the properties on feed trucks.
Symptoms include heavy breathing, coughing, vomiting and wobbling – particularly in the hind legs.
