COUNCIL TO ASK FOR CENTRAL COAST AIRPORT PROBE
The state’s Auditor General will be asked to probe decisions over a potential regional airport for the Central Coast.
Last night, Council voted to ‘seek transparency’ regarding the aviation hub at Warnervale and the axed Kiar Ridge proposal, among other ideas.
The audit would also touch on financial records, development applications and conflicts of interest in a bid to help Council make decisions on a new facility.
It’s hoped public submissions will be taken into account.
Vision only.
