A new Lifeline centre in Coffs Harbour’s West High Street was officially opened this afternoon.
The organisation, which has been forced to operate from several, separate premises in the city, will now have its counsellors, administration and Op Shop at the one location.
“we can have three crisis supporters on at anyone time that has made a huge difference, we are answering 15,000 calls a year in the centre and that’s going to help us increase that quite significantly.(runs:10. secs, ends: quite significantly.)
The centre also includes a new training room which was furnished thanks to a $15,000 grant from the not-for-profit- Enterprise Training Company.
