TAMWORTH’S NICK KAY STARS FOR PERTH WILDCATS IN LOSS TO TAIPANS

The Perth Wildcats will be doing some soul-searching, after their two-point loss to the Cairns Taipans overnight.

But there’s at least one player who can hold his head high.

Tamworth’s Nick Kay shooting 18 points for the match, including five rebounds and four assists.

The Wildcats are sitting third on the competition ladder after the 81-79 loss, one point behind Melbourne United.
