Homicide detectives have now joined an investigation into the disappearance of a Gold Coast woman.
34-year-old Novy Chardon hasn’t been seen for five days.
Her Upper Coomera home is now swarming with police.
“The truth of the matter is we dont know where she is and we dont know why she hasnt come home”
Her husband John left for Jakarta on Friday for a business trip, with their two children.
He says he’s worried but thinks she’s still alive.
Police are looking for Ms Chardon’s car, a late model blue-black Volvo.
