A Coffs Harbour lotto winner is $1.2-million richer but doesn’t know it because New South Wales Lotteries have been unable to contact them.
The lucky person purchased the winning ticket at the Harbour Drive Newsagency, one of five people who shared Wednesday night’s first division prize.
