GROUP 4 RUGBY LEAGUE SEASON BROUGHT FORWARD BY A MONTH

Originally earmarked for the first weekend in May, officials have brought forward the start of the Group 4 Rugby League season by a month.
After a lengthy process, the draw has been created using two round home and away format – with competition to get underway on April 6.
The opening round sees Kootingal host Dungowan, Werris Creek tackles North Tamworth, while Narrabri faces Gunnedah.
