BAILEY BUNDLED OUT IN ROUND 3 OF THE QUIKSILVER PRO

Soli Bailey’s run has come to an end, bundled out by a high flying Filipe Toledo in round three.

The Suffolk Park local looked in control for the majority of the heat, locking down two mid range scores.

But with less than five minutes remaining, Toledo turned to his power game… Managing an impressive 8.33.

The wave, which was the highest score of the heat, pushing the Brazilian into the lead, where he remained for the closing stages.

Bailey now turns his attention to the second stop on the world tour at Bells Beach.
