$6.5 MILLION PROMISE TO UPGRADE GRAFTON RIVERSIDE PRECINCT

Federal Member for Page Kevin Hogan is continuing to splash cash – promising $6.5 million to upgrade Grafton’s Riverside Precinct, if re-elected.

The money would be spent on the three kilometre stretch of waterfront, stretching from Queen Street to the Grafton Bridge.

Upgrades would include new lawn and picnic areas, jetties and a marina, car parks, security lighting, sculptures, and boardwalks.

The Coalition says the upgrade would re-position Grafton, as a vibrant tourist destination.
