The Central Coast Heart’s pre-season trials continue tonight, they’re looking to bounce back from last month’s loss to Sutherland.
The team is still rebuilding, with several key players moving on after claiming the Premier League title last season.
Wing defender, Alicia Walsh says the clash against Sparks will hone the side’s skills.
“Trainings been good, the intensity’s been really high and we’ve just been working on our connections and building across court as we’ve lost a few players from last year. But we’ve in a really good state right now.”
