An elderly man reported missing from his Doyalson home on Sunday has been found alive.
Emergency services searched bushland surrounding his Pacific Highway property this morning.
78-year-old Ernest Mackay was found about 100 metres from his house at around noon.
It’s believed he fell down an embankment and into a table drain, where he remained for 48 hours.
He’s been taken to Wyong Hospital in a stable condition.
