D’APUZZO SET TO MISS JETS CLASH WITH THE FURY

The Newcastle Jets injury curse has struck again, with defender Adam D’Apuzzo (da-puts-oh) suffering a grade one tear in his ankle.

“You can hear on the effects mike that it didn’t tickle”

D’Apuzzo has been ruled out of tomorrow night’s clash with the Fury in Newcastle and is in danger of missing the Jets all important game against the Central Coast on Sunday.

With Ljubo Milicevic unlikely to play another game for the club, coach Branko Culina will again be forced to reshuffled his team.

Tarek Elrich is likely to switch sides, with Italian Marcello Fiorentini to play on the right side of defence.
