DRIVER KILLED IN UPPER HUNTER CRASH YET TO BE IDENTIFIED

Police are yet to identify the driver of a Ford Falcon, who was killed in a fiery crash in the Hunter Valley.
Emergency services were called to Dartbrook Road at Aberdeen, at around 6:30 on Sunday evening, where they found the vehicle well alight.
Fire and Rescue NSW extinguished the blaze, discovering a body in the driver’s seat.
Initial investigations suggest the car was travelling north, when it left the road and crashed into a tree.
Police are working to determine the identity of the driver.
