Gunnedah Shire Council has slammed the Division of Local Government for taking four years to pass judgement on a misbehaviour case involving two of its councillors.
Stephen Smith and Hans Allgayer will serve a one month suspension from civic office, after the pair was found guilty of failing to declare a conflict of interest.
