FALLOUT OVER NEWCASTLE’S MARITIME MUSEUM CONTINUES

The Hunter Workers Union has weighed into a dispute over Newcastle’s historic maritime collection.

Council and the Maritime Museum Society are at loggerheads over where to display them but the Trades Hall says a suitable public place must be found to preserve and display the city’s rich heritage.
