Pre-school receives surprise when drop-off zone changed to bus zone

A pre-school dad has received a nasty surprise, slapped with a fine for parking in what he thought was a drop-off zone in Newcastle’s east end.

It turns out, it’s NOW a bus-zone – re-purposed for the Supercars – and parents say they had no idea.
