Australia may have dropped the ball in its opening Under-18s warm-up game against Canada but it quickly hit back.
Strong pitching helped it secure a 4-1 win over the visitors in Lismore yesterday.
The six-game series continues tonight and teams will play a double-header before the tournament wraps up on Monday.
