COUNTRY UNIVERSITIES CENTRE OFFICIALLY OPENS IN MOREE

Studying a tertiary degree in the north-west has been made more accessible.

A brand-new Country Universities Centre was officially opened today in Moree.

The institution boasts quality teaching staff, impressive study spaces and state-of-the-art technology.

“This facility is not only just as good as Broken Hill… It’s better! It’s bigger AND it’s better! It’s got more potential to cater for more students.”

The Centre has been established to give rural and regional people the chance to study locally.

It was part of a $39-million grant from the Coalition Government to establish 23 regional study hubs across the country.
